NOFE actively contributes to the NordicEpi conference (Nordic conference on epidemiology and register-based health research), with a member of its board serving on the scientific committee. NOFE has also been involved as a co-organiser in years when the conference is held in Norway.

The NordicEpi conference is held every two years and rotates between host countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Finland).
