NOFE Membership in International Associations

NOFE is a member of the International Epidemiological Association (IEA) and its European branch, the IEA-EEF (International Epidemiological Association – European Epidemiological Federation).

One of the activities IEA-EEF is involved in includes coordinating the annual European epidemiology conference. On this page, you can find newsletters from IEA-EEF. Furthermore, IEA-EEF has an agreement with an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) to screen regulations that may impact epidemiological research. This initiative aims to track laws, regulations, and directives under development within the EU bureaucracy, allowing for early-stage influence if necessary. This agreement is currently managed through the Dutch association, and NOFE contributes an annual fee of 500 EUR for this service.
